激光设备的日常保洁工作很重要,特别是金属激光打标机,由于设备的工作强度高,所以经常对设备进行保养、清洁不仅可以提高工作效率,而且还可以延长设备的使用寿命。那么我们日常使用过程中该如何进行保洁工作了?一、金属激光打标机的保养:1激光打标机每一个月需更换蒸馏水或去离子水(内循环用冷却水),更换水时应仔细将水箱清洗干净;2每六个月需清洗聚光腔内反射体,以保证腔内无水垢和异物;3每天工作前,请将光学系统罩盖揭开,仔细检查各光学镜片上有无灰尘和水雾。如有灰尘,请用清洗液清洗干净(注意:必须等清洗液干后方可开机工作)或用洗耳球将灰尘吹去,以避免损坏镜片,并保证激光输出能量无损耗;4清洗镜片的方法:将镜片从镜架上取下,左手拿着镜片的圆柱面,右手用已蘸过清洗液的棉签自上而下并旋转轻轻揩拭干净。注意:尽可能让棉签少吸一点清洗液,以利于蒸发;5清洗Nd:YAG晶体的方法:1)先将控制面板上“总开关”接通,然后依次揿下“电源”、“预燃”按钮,此时打标机的工作状态为预燃状态。取一平面镜置于激光晶体棒套一侧,通过平面镜观察“5、Nd:YAG晶体”表面是否有异物;注意:切勿在打标机工作状态下,用平面镜观察Nd:YAG晶体。否则,激光会严重伤害操作员的眼睛!2)如晶体表面有异物或灰尘,请用蘸过清洗液的棉签将其清洗干净或用洗耳球将其吹去。注意:如用清洗液清洗,打标机必须在清洗液挥发干后,方能进行打标工作。否则,会严重损坏晶体。3)一般情况下,坚持以上保养,光学系统不会出现大的故障。如出现故障,请与我公司联系,用户切勿随意拆卸光学系统的器件,以免造成损害。
